Faculty The Trinity School at Meadow View faculty is composed of 19 full-time faculty members and three part-time faculty members. The high percentage of full-time faculty guarantees adequate time and resources to provide dedicated individual attention. 50% of faculty members have advanced degrees.
Accreditation Trinity School is fully accredited by the Virginia Association of Independent Schools. Founded in 1973, VAIS is the leader in advancing and advocating for independent school education in Virginia. The VAIS accreditation program is one of a select few recognized at the international level through the International Council Advancing Independent School Accreditation (ICAISA). VAIS also is recognized and approved by the Virginia Board of Education through the Virginia Council for Private Education (VCPE).
School Awards The U.S. Department of Education recognized Trinity School at Meadow View as a National Blue Ribbon School for exemplary education in 2009, 2017, and 2023. The Blue Ribbon award is considered the highest award a U.S. school can receive. Trinity School at Meadow View has the singular honor of being the only high school in Virginia to have earned this prestigious award three times.
Religious Affiliation Trinity School was founded by the People of Praise, offering a classical education in the Christian tradition to families from a wide variety of backgrounds. Trinity School is a Christian school. Faculty members subscribe to the Nicene Creed and are members in good standing of their own Christian churches. No statement of faith or religious identification is required of students or parents.
