Congratulations to Luca Gomez ’22 for earning First Team All State Honors in Boys Soccer! Luca finished the season with 10 goals and 9 assists. This year’s Chili Cook-Off event was a record-breaking success. Students raised a total of $8,579 for Cornerstone Schools in Washington, D.C. Senior Lucy Treene was able to visit Cornerstone to drop off the check in person!
A surprise snow flurry was the perfect backdrop for today’s Winter Wonder Week events. Classes on both campuses participated in a caroling competition judged by the faculty.
Competition and the festive spirit have taken over Trinity’s campus this week. Students kicked off Winter Wonder Week by writing Christmas cards for members of the armed services. Today, each class decorated a Christmas tree. The rest of this week includes a caroling competition, cookie contest, and food drive challenge. May the best class win!
This past Saturday, TSMV offered an enrichment day for fourth through sixth graders. These young students studied Norse mythology, learning some of the old legends, writing their names in Nordic runes, and designing masks in imitation of the god Loki.
This past Saturday, Trinity students and families gathered for our Annual Chili Cook-Off, featuring great food, face painting, and friendly competition between the classes. This year, students raised a total of $8,500 for charity, a new school record. Thanks to all for a wonderful event, and congratulations to the seniors on their victory!
After weeks of learning about soil and tending to their garden plot, the 7th grade girls enjoyed a harvest feast.
