The seniors, faculty, and senior parents enjoyed an afternoon of music and fellowship at last Friday’s Senior Soiree. Pianists Molly Orlando and Heather Adelsberger performed a program featuring works by Beethoven, Prokofiev, Tchaikovsky, and several pieces composed by our own Mr. Dusenbury.
There was laughter in the audience and laughter in Hades during last weekend’s performances of Aristophanes’ “The Frogs.” Congratulations to the 12th grade on a wonderful production as they conclude their study of drama!
The varsity girls basketball team had a great run in the VISAA state tournament! Sadly, they did not advance beyond the quarterfinals, but we are so proud of all they accomplished!
Congratulations to the Tempest Girls Varsity Basketball Team as they advance to the final four in the VISAA state play offs this Friday! Go Tempest!
The 11th grade captured bragging rights as the smartest class in the school when they were crowned winners of this year’s Metaphysical Pursuit contest! We took a moment to honor our senior basketball players Friday evening. They are a terrific group of young men, both on and off the court.
