Ever wonder about the details of creation that go unobserved? Our 7th grade boys and girls have been collecting, studying, and identifying insects for their science class. Yesterday the girls even sampled cricket cookies. All this hands-on discovery prompted one of the students to proclaim, “Science is my favorite subject!”
