“What matters most in the educational enterprise is a perpetual appeal to intelligence and free will in the young.”

Jacques Maritain, Education at the Crossroads

Children are naturally curious. They are eager to explore the world around them. They question things incessantly. They want to know how and why things are the way they are. The most important thing for your child’s education is that he or she remains alive to the world in this childlike way.

Cultivating this sense of wonder leads students to exercise their imaginations, to inquire into things for themselves, and to form their own ideas about the world. These are the qualities that are promoted and encouraged in the Trinity School classroom.

At Trinity School, your child will not be introduced to “school as usual” but to an encounter with reality.  And it is reality in all its wonderful facets to which students are constantly being awakened throughout their time at Trinity.

“Trinity strikes an incredible balance between work and play. You work hard, but the hard work is never an end in itself. It’s always directed in the end to the delight of true discovery.”
