Over project week, the seventh-graders researched endangered species and designed models of their habitats. The models are now on display at school, and students will have a chance to showcase their work for family and friends this Friday during project fair!
At this year’s chili cook off, our students raised $5,000 for the Alzheimer’s Association, National Capital Area Chapter. We were honored to present the check to Kate Rooper, the area’s chapter president and CEO. A special thank you to ninth-grader Makhaila Johnson for her efforts in spearheading this fundraiser!

This week is project week! As students come back from their Christmas break, they display the projects they’ve been working on at home over the past week. The seniors have been building bridges for their physics project. Want to guess how much weight the strongest bridge was able to sustain?
Three Meadow View seniors — Jack Salinetti, Jesse Mink, and Will Renken — have attained the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout through their involvement with the Boy Scouts of America. Here they are at Jesse’s court of honor ceremony.
