Today was our annual Feria, an opportunity for students to sign up for individual courses put on by faculty in areas outside the curriculum. This year, topics included a mock trial, partner painting, physics experiments, poetry, cheesemaking, Gregorian chant, and cartography.

The most electrifying moments of today’s Tempest Week tug-of-war competition came from the small but mighty seventh grade. Ninth grade placed first, tenth grade placed second, and the seventh grade clinched the third place spot.
What was life like in a medieval court? This week, the eighth-graders enjoyed a banquet as lords and ladies of the realm in their Medieval History class. They feasted, enjoyed musical entertainment, and competed in an archery contest.
