Congratulations to Will Clifford, a Trinity seventh grader who has qualified to compete in the state National Geographic Bee, sponsored by the National Geographic Society. The state competition will be held March 31 at Longwood University in Farmville, Va.

In order to advance to the state competition, will first became the school winner when he beat 44 other students who competed from TSMV. Next, as a school winner, he took a written exam from the National Geographic Society. He was among the top 100 scorers across Virginia who were invited to compete in the state contest.
